Job Responsibilities:
∎ Booking and monitoring Fabric/ Accessories as per requirement
∎ Receiving incoming materials.
∎ Ensuring storage of materials by proper identification and traceability with maintaining compliance.
∎ Delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production.
∎ Reviewing & monitoring the total Space of store to determine the condition of storage items and its safety.
∎ Ensure proper preservation of materials in case of bulk storage for longer period.
∎ Reporting immediately in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials.
∎ Proper & on time documentation of materials of receives and issues.
∎ Ensure total logistic support and liaison with higher authority for necessary approval in case of major requirement.
∎ Preparing daily and monthly report
∎ Ensure welfare of personnel deployed under store to carry out day to day activities.
∎ Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the store area frequently.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have proper knowledge & experience.
∎ Work in a Knit Garments factory in similar track & position will be given preference;
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality;
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and team player;
∎ Able to work under pressure.
