∎ Types of contract : Contractual
∎ Duration of contract : Up to July 31, 2019
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities include (not limited to):
∎ Work with adolescent girls in the MPWC to identify their needs, interests and priorities, and
∎ where possible, adapt activities according to these to ensure activities offered are culturally
∎ appropriate and meet the needs of adolescent girls.
∎ Assist in the planning and implementation of activities aimed at community leaders and parents
∎ (or guardians/gatekeepers) of the adolescent girls accessing the MPWC.
∎ Conduct, prepare, and help plan and organize activities with adolescent girls with an
∎ understanding of the age range of adolescent girls and varying risks adolescent girls face.
∎ Conduct awareness raising sessions in MPWC.
∎ Keep record of number of awareness sessions and participants.
∎ Field visit door to door to mobilize adolescent girls.
∎ Support any training taking place.
∎ Provide psychological first aid to participants (need basis).
∎ Develop the child corner with learning materials and supervise learning activities
∎ Inform adolescent girls and their guardians about available services and material support in
∎ accordance with their needs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum one-year professional experience in implementing activities for women and girls or proven engagement in women's rights/groups.
∎ Strong communication and facilitation skills.
∎ Fluency in local (languages) required.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect in WFS at all times is essential.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
