Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institutions

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform administrative duties, including documents distribution, collection and fill up
∎ Update and compile logistics related monthly report & Fixed Assets Register. Storing and Stocking maintenance at Head Office.
∎ Scheduling, communicating & coordinating logistics for programme need
∎ Maintain the programme calendar (scheduling & updating events, meetings, field visits, etc.)
∎ Prepare budgeting of logistics for the programme and follow up regularly
∎ Presenting letters, reports and other important documents to the relevant authorities for their recommendation and approval
∎ Keep a proper record of travelling bills, requisitions & leave taken by team members every month
∎ Receiving field staffs' leave related documents, sending those to the authorities after initial screening and finally sending those to HRD
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience of supporting administrative & logistics activities in a development organisation
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, Outlook) Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
