Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in implementing digital business strategies aimed towards increased services through non alternative delivery channels.
∎ Responsible for vendor communication, plan, track & monitor progress and provide business update pre/post implementations.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting to drive digital activations and adoption.
∎ Coordinating with IT team: product design, briefing, testing, field mapping, device configuration & updates; trainings.
∎ Identify business / improvement opportunities and report complaint which require special attention and recommend preventive measures to line manager.
∎ Continuous research of local and global trends to improve digital services offerings to our customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Mobile Financial Services/E-commerce/ Payments/ Digital Wallet/ FinTech/ ADC business.
