∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage inventory and monitor material usage according to production reports.
∎ • Record manufacturing journal entries in the organization's record system.
∎ • Prepare invoices, challans, and delivery notes as per approved orders.
∎ • Monitor/maintain petty cash account and reconcile bank/cash ledger.
∎ • Verify suppliers' bills and facilitate payments upon receiving proper approvals.
∎ • Monitor/verify expense vouchers according to management-approved expenses.
∎ • Records purchase, sales, return, and payment vouchers in bank book, cash book and other entries.
∎ • Negotiate with the suppliers, issue purchase orders, and manage billings disputes (if any) by verifying analyzing records, challans & receipts.
∎ • Perform inspection and audit to verify physical stocks quantity and operations.
∎ • Prepare and duly submit periodic financial and stock reports to management.
∎ • Maintain dealers' and suppliers' ledger and record relevant received and payment entries.
∎ • Keep organizations license, copyright, and other relevant documents updated & negotiate with Govt. offices (if necessary) and monitor VAT-related activities.
∎ • Active with HR & admin to prepare monthly payroll also take some responsibility to work with HR admin.
∎ • Any activities and/or periodic projects assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacey is must.
