Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Anthropology/ Development Studies/ Demography/ Economics or related discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience of working in NGOs, preferably in Accountability, Community Mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation or relevant areas.
∎ Must be fluent in Chittagonian/Chatgaya dialect and Cox's Bazar local dialect (need to converse with Rohingya Population)
∎ Practical experience in using MS Office applications: (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point etc.)
∎ Strong analytical skill on monitoring data - both qualitative and quantitative, and experienced in participatory monitoring and evaluation processes
∎ Excellent in team work and networking
∎ Good written and verbal communicating both in English and Bangla
∎ Good report writing skills (in English & Bangla) and ability to produce quality analytical reports
∎ Knowledge and capacity of documentation and publishing reader friendly documents
∎ Understanding of Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) and Accountability system
