Responsibilities & Context:
∎ YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division since 1985. YPSA is implementing a project on “Child-centered anticipatory Action for better preparedness of communities and local institution in Northern & Coastal area in Bangladesh” in Chattogram district (Chattogram City Corporation & Banshkhali Upazila) in partnership with Save the Children. YPSA is inviting application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position for the Project.
∎ Job Title: Office Support Staff

∎ Job responsibilities:
∎ • Support the project staffs to deliver any messages, papers, mail, documents and packages to other offices and different project venues
∎ • Keep the office neat and clean
∎ • Assist to ensure logistics support to the project team and activities
∎ • Collect and distribute paperwork, messages from one place to another
∎ • Use and maintain office equipment
∎ • Assist to the project team in all the required tasks
∎ • Assist in implementing outreach activities
∎ • Any other task assigned by the management
