Job Context:
∎ Become a part of our dedicated team in Dhaka! We`re looking for an Office Manager who will lead our office team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge & experience in payroll management
∎ Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues and Labor law with strong communication ability in English and Bengali
∎ Ensuring smooth relationships between management and staff & workers.
∎ Prepare various notes, office orders, and memos in respect of HR operations
∎ Organisation of the administrative workload and optimization of the internal processes
∎ Oversee and control the individual departments
∎ Supervision of procurement of consumables for our production site
∎ Interaction with banks, governmental authorities, insurance companies, and other administrative organizations
∎ Handling of factory audit-related tasks
∎ Supervision of audits
∎ Frequent exchange with our foreign head office, located in Europe
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Good communication skills and fluent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
∎ You have proven experience as an office manager/HR manager
∎ Your time management and your organizational skills are good
∎ You are familiar with leading a small team and have an assertive character
∎ You ideally bring a jute background to the table
Salary: Negotiable
