Responsibilities & Context:
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Regularly interacting with clients through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
- Identifying ways to overcome the client's initial dislikes.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team members.
- Developing clear and engaging content consistent with the client's brand image and addressing both business goals and consumer needs.
- Idea generation, crafting a strategic plan for the client.
- Creating, adjusting, and managing the content calendar.
- Establishing style guides that specify the brand’s style and tone needed to create engaging content.
- Ensure the quality if deliverables and services provided to clients, conducting regular reviews and implementing improvement measures as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages and ensure that content is aligned accordingly.
