Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseas Communication Skill over phone & e-mail.
∎ Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Coordinate all national and International correspondence.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, explain services, and communicate face to face and over the phone with our valued customers in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills, dynamic, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Ensuring as much as possible physical presence in activation to ensure supervision and monitoring.
∎ Day-to-day correspondence/communication of customer service related matters.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Should be well groomed, Smart, a self starter, a proactive & positive personality with strong attitude to work with challenging and ever demanding situations.
∎ Willingness and availability to do work on as per management decision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having computer skill is must.
∎ Knowledge on Labor Law.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
∎ Ability to access internet, computer, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop.
