∎ Teamex Jute Mills Ltd. in Gazipur, Sreepur, Gazipur is looking for a responsible, self-motivated and experienced Office Assistant to perform various tasks in Jute department of the factory premises situated.
∎ Department: Jute

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Weight calculation of everyday Imported Jute Truck on Bridge Scale
∎ Preparation of Daily Jute Purchase Report and Send to head office by email
∎ Preparation of Average Jute Purchase Price Report for Chairman Sir
∎ Preparation of Challan for Cutting/SMR export
∎ Preparation of Party Wise Export Ledger for Cutting & SMR
∎ Preparation of Party Wise Jute Ledger
∎ Preparation of Jute Payment Requisition (Weekly)
∎ Preparation of Jute Labor bill & bill Requisition (Weekly)
∎ Maintaining Various ledger & Register (Both hand Written & On Computer)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2 years of working experience in any jute industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Record keeping, Register Maintenance, Microsoft Office (specially in Excel), Reporting.
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications (Specially in Excel), Internet, Email.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Should be dynamic, committed and target oriented & Effective team player
∎ Capability to work independently under pressure and multitask, ability to make report, Analysis.
∎ Must have good personality, Honest and loyal with strong ethical principles.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Gross 15000
