∎ Teamex Jute Mills Ltd. Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh is looking for skilled, committed, ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and experienced professional for the mentioned position.
∎ Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist management in all types of company operations both in office premises and outside.
∎ Assistance to MD Sir by replying his emails, Travel arrangements, Visa and so on.
∎ Coordinate and schedule both external and internal meetings, Handling of meetings
∎ Prepare correspondence memos, spreadsheets, presentations and other documents for Board of Directors.
∎ Carry out extensive communication with business contacts on behalf of management through email and in person
∎ Effective communication with foreign buyers and carries out marketing activities effectively
∎ Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist with business operations.
∎ Compile and analyze data to extract valuable information and present them appropriately.
∎ Analyze business processes and help in making appropriate changes, under guidance of management.
∎ Employee Recruitment (Job Analysis to on boarding) related all Task
∎ Employees personal file management
∎ IT Development, Content Writing
∎ Coordination for Company Export Account Opening, Liaison with different Banks
∎ Helping the export department for smoothly running export operations
∎ Act as a liaison between different departments.
∎ Perform duties as a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 6 years of working experience in any reputed Organization, MNCs, Public Bodies or Corporation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Marketing, Jute Industry, Manufacturing/ Export Company, General Administration, HR, Foreign Buyer Handling.
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications, Internet, Email, Outlook & ERP.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Fluent English speaking and writing is essential as it is a 100% export-oriented company with buyers all over the world.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency and abilities to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should be dynamic, committed, skilled, proactive and target oriented & Effective team player
∎ Play crucial role in Organizational development, Strategic planning etc.
∎ Capability to work independently under pressure and multitask, ability to make report, Analysis.
∎ Must have excellent attention to details.
∎ Must have good personality, Honest and loyal with strong ethical principles.
