∎ Teamex Jute Mills Ltd. Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh is looking for skilled, committed, ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and experienced professional for the following position.
∎ Job Location: Head Office.
∎ Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, like preparation and management of the company's financial budgets, implementing and overseeing all activities relating to the financial aspects of the company in compliance with the local tax laws, VAT and also by the company's SOP's.
∎ Preparation of the financial statement and weekly, monthly & annual budget
∎ Responsible for the financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation and cash control etc.
∎ Ensure on time and appropriate record keeping of all transactions including bank receipts, disbursement, invoices and other transactions.
∎ Check and verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, daily expenses etc.
∎ Make timely and correct bookkeeping entries in the respective ledgers.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are reconciled on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain payables reconciliation with suppliers.
∎ Prepare payment schedule for suppliers and vendors as per contract and practice.
∎ Ensure on time liaison with production and commercial team.
∎ Maintaining excellent relationship with proper banking channel
∎ Responsible for Export Document Negotiation & related bank task to make the business profitable.
∎ Operate and maintain computerized accounting system / ERP.
∎ Prepare and approve various requisition summary and disbursement note.
∎ Controls the overall company costs by managing the purchasing function according to company policies and guidelines.
∎ Reviews and analyses business processes throughout the company to ensure alignment with the company's financial objectives
∎ Ensure adequate controls are installed and maintained for the protection of the company's financial assets against loss or misappropriation
∎ Monitors all local TAX compliance that applies and ensuring that taxes are charge correctly and collected.
∎ File the local TAX with the concerned authority on a monthly/regular basis.
∎ Preparation of Monthly VAT submission (Office rent Vat, Electricity Vat etc.)
∎ Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
∎ Employee & Worker's Payroll management (Salary & Wages, Increment)
∎ Responsible for Office Maintenance (Servicing 5 office cars, Office Computer, AC, Printer, Laptop, Purchase office supplies, Office cleanliness, Driver & House-keeping staff maintenance, Entertainment etc.)
∎ Employee Attendance & Leave management, Respond to employees' queries
∎ Employee & Owners personal file management
∎ Perform duties as a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 to 12 years of working experience in any reputed Organization, Company, Public Bodies or Corporation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Accounting and Finance, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Business Planning and Budgeting, Experience in using Accounts Software, In-depth knowledge of local Income Tax and VAT laws, General Administration.
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications, Internet, Email, Outlook & ERP.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Fluent English speaking and writing is essential as it is a 100% export-oriented company with buyers all over the world.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency and abilities to motivate subordinates.
