∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry and deliver messages, letters, documents, and other materials internally and externally.
∎ Make photocopies as requested.
∎ Provide support to training, meeting and workshop arranged by office/project
∎ Purchase snacks/food for meeting/workshop/seminar and when required
∎ Ensure washrooms are clean and required utilities are in place.
∎ Work as messenger to bank, courier service and other offices as required
∎ Assist in procuring and caring store materials
∎ Provide timely supply of tea/coffee to the staff/meetings/visitors.
∎ Assist in loading and unloading materials as required
∎ Keep the office space clean and tidy.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 02 (Two) years relevant work experience
∎ Knowledge on message/memo delivery and training/workshop logistics support services
∎ Memo delivery and small logistics support
Salary: Tk. 18500 - 19000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance, Gratuity, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
