Responsibilities & Context:

A) Office & Administrative Support

  • Receive visitors and handle basic front desk support (if assigned)

  • Support daily office administration and coordination tasks

  • Maintain files/records (hard copy & soft copy) and ensure proper documentation

  • Prepare/format office documents (letters, requisitions, reports) using MS Word/Excel

  • Handle phone calls, email follow-up, and basic communication support

  • Maintain office stationery/supplies and assist in stock tracking

  • Maintain registers/logbooks for visitors, dispatch, and document movement

  • Support meeting arrangements and internal coordination when needed

B) Procurement Support (as needed)

  • Assist in sourcing vendors and collecting quotations

  • Prepare comparative statements (CS) and submit for approval

  • Coordinate purchase requests, purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers

  • Track delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods

  • Check delivery documents (challan/invoice) and submit to accounts/admin for processing

  • Maintain procurement-related files (vendor list, quotations, bills, delivery records)

C) Outdoor Work & Depot Visits

  • Handle outdoor tasks such as courier/dispatch, bank deposits, document submission/collection, and vendor visits

  • Visit depot/warehouse/outside-Dhaka locations when required for:

    • delivery follow-up

    • stock/checking support

    • document handover/collection

    • coordination with depot/transport personnel

  • Maintain basic visit reports/updates to the supervisor after outside visits


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience preferred

  • Experience in admin/procurement/office support will be an advantage
    (Freshers can apply if confident and willing to learn.)


Required Skills

  • Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Email

  • Good communication and professional behaviour

  • Ability to manage paperwork and maintain records properly

  • Basic understanding of procurement process (quotation, vendor follow-up, delivery documents)

  • Honest, punctual, and responsible (may handle documents and small cash/expense tasks)


Additional Requirements (Important)

  • Must be willing to do outdoor duties and travel outside Dhaka when required

  • Ability to work under pressure during urgent purchase/delivery needs
