Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities :
∎ 1. Arranging and maintaining a welcoming reception area, greeting clients with professionalism and courtesy.
∎ 2. Efficiently and politely managing all telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
∎ 3. Engaging with customers to understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
∎ 4. Maintaining a pleasant demeanor, with a smile, to create a positive atmosphere at the office entrance.
∎ 5. Ensuring the smooth running of all front office tasks.
∎ 6. Visitor Record Keeping, Maintaining accurate records of visitors, including their name, address, and contact information.
∎ 7. Demonstrating flexibility and the willingness to work extended hours as needed.
∎ 8. Performing other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ 9. Data entry and giving innovative idea about e-commerce site.
