Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arranging and maintaining a welcoming reception area, greeting clients with professionalism and courtesy.
∎ Efficiently and politely managing all telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
∎ Engaging with customers to understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining a pleasant demeanor, with a smile, to create a positive atmosphere at the office entrance.
∎ Ensuring the smooth running of all front office tasks.
∎ Visitor Record Keeping, Maintaining accurate records of visitors, including their name, address, and contact information.
∎ Demonstrating flexibility and the willingness to work extended hours as needed.
∎ Performing other tasks as assigned by the management.
