Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
∎ -Internship must be completed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and supervise activities under Occupational Therapy Units, Patients care including assessment and re-assessment, assistive devices management.
∎ Assess and evaluate physical disabilities caused by neurological disorders; stroke, cerebral palsy, other diseases or injuries.
∎ Distribute the task to the staff (Occupational Therapy and Attendant, Trainee/Students (if any).
∎ Management and Maintenance of assets, equipment and machinery, ensure proper utilization of equipments.
∎ Collaborate with Manager about the development of the services and the problem solving.
∎ Program management, skill development, evaluation and facilitate the staff to attend patient services effectively.
∎ Impart quality training for parents; skill development.
∎ Facilitate to organize counseling to the parents/caregiver for creating enabling environment for the persons with Disability at home and in the community.
∎ Build up inter-sectional relationship with different unit of Health Program to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation services for Persons with Disability.
∎ Share the updated information with the management (if any) for the improvement of program and for the skill development of Occupational Therapy Assistant /Attendant
∎ Provide the quality training for the staffs.
∎ Organize promotional activities in order to promote the rights of person with disability and prevention of disabilities.
∎ Communication and Collaboration to the different unit under Health Program to make an effective coordination for smooth operation to achieve the project goal.

∎ Experienced candidate will get preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Hospital, Rehabilitation Center
∎ Age: Maximum 35 years.
∎ Having good command in both spoken and written English
∎ Strong commitment to disadvantaged persons with special needs.
∎ Strong Teamwork skills.
∎ Have self-confidence and commitment to personal development;
∎ Strong organizational ability to make things happen effectively;
∎ Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Power point, plus Email and Internet browsing.

Salary: Negotiable
