∎ In-depth knowledge of nutrition program implementation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To enter the nutritional data that comes from field and to create a data base for INF
∎ Nutritional Data entry of all forms filled in the field
∎ Support INF supervisors for minimizing the nutrition data the errors
∎ Data accuracy and proper data presentation
∎ Database creation and management
∎ To back up the date for data safety and protection
∎ Computerize daily / weekly data collected in the nutrition files of the discharged beneficiaries (GMP, TSFP, OTP, BSFP, E-voucher etc.)
∎ Maintain and update the complication of database weekly for INF (OTP SAM beneficiaries and PLW) BSFP, TSFP, IYCF and Micronutrient supplementation.
∎ Synthesize the data from the database every month or as often as needed for the CMAM, BSFP, TSFP, IYCF and 5 W.
∎ Produce a report every month regarding the collected data and submit to Program manager.
∎ Regularly inform Program Manager and making plan accordingly about the work and organize it in close collaboration.
∎ Share with line manager/ PM all technical issues and database problems that need to be addressed
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary;
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries;
∎ Ensure the incorporation of PSEA and gender equity principles in all policies and activities;
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
∎ Objective 1: To ensure accurate and efficient management of nutrition program data by maintaining a robust database system, minimizing data errors, and supporting field operations, thereby enabling the organization to make informed decisions and achieve programmatic goals while adhering to data protection and safety protocols.
