Job Context:
∎ Type of Contract: Fixed Term starting from 01 January 2020 to 31 December 2020
∎ Job Purpose: S/he will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Concern`s Nutrition projects in the Rohingya Response with responsibility for ensuring good quality of nutrition activities. S/he will be part of Concern`s Extended Management Team (EMT) in Cox`s Bazar and will play key decision making role on technical aspects of the nutrition projects. S/he will support the Program Manager in representing Concern in coordination forum including the nutrition sector technical working groups and assessment technical working groups, as well as linkages with other partners and sectors for gender mainstreaming and accountability and inclusion.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality and timely field level implementation of the Nutrition programme against set objectives, targets, work plans, including monitoring against log frames, individual performance management work plans.
∎ Monitor the delivery of the nutrition services as prescribed in the project design for the CMAM and IYCF components including mainstreaming cross cutting issues for example gender, inclusion and accountability
∎ Support the Program Manager to ensure timely planning and efficient utilization of activity budgets
∎ Represent Concern at CMAM, IYCF and Assessment Technical Working Groups of the Nutrition Sector
∎ Support recruitment process for nutrition staff, particularly in identification of capacity needs and qualifications required to fill vacancies in the nutrition team.
∎ Consolidate and analyse weekly and monthly activity reports from MEAL team and share with Program Manager and Nutrition Advisor, to monitor and inform program direction
∎ Liase with MEAL Coordinator, Program manager, Nutrition Advisor and Emergency Director to set up and sustain a robust mechanism that allows for an open communication with program participants for their feedback on the program
∎ Lead on documentation of lessons learned, best practices, case studies and success stories from Nutrition programmes, in liaison with the Communication officer.
∎ Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Country Director/Emergency Director or the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years progressively responsible work experience in Nutrition, with CMAM
∎ Previous experience of Nutrition project management and programme coordination, implementing Nutrition programs within refugee or camp settings.
∎ Experience in MIYCN, CMAMI, community nutrition, social and behaviour change programming, nutrition assessment methodologies (e.g., SMART, SQUEAC, KAP and Barrier Analysis methodologies)
∎ Demonstrated monitoring and evaluation skills
∎ Proven capacity to supervise, train and coach staff in Nutrition technical skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent report writing skills, proposal development skills
∎ Have good knowledge on Rohingya refugee programmes
∎ Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good understanding of electronic data collection

Salary:
∎ Annual Gross Salary range BDT 993,972/- to BDT 1,150,644/-
