Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master’s Degree in Nutrition/Public Health Nutrition or clinical degree with MPH
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years-experience in nutrition in emergencies focusing on CMAM, IYCF and other nutrition sensitive programmes
∎ Demonstrated leadership and previous work experience with emergency response programming
∎ Strong ability to manage and deal with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse program team
∎ Demonstrated strong writing and oral presentation skills
∎ Knowledge and experience in the most common assessment and survey methodologies such as
∎ SMART, SQEAC and related software.
∎ Experience in working with and capacity building of national staff and partner organisations.
∎ Good representational skills and able to undertake advocacy at a high level to further theProven experience in resource planning & budget management
∎ Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change effectively
∎ Knowledge of Core Humanitarian Standards, Sphere and CHS Standards and other international humanitarian guidelines and protocols
∎ Demonstrated ability of inclusion and accountability in programming
∎ Empathy with Concern’s Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives
Salary: Tk. 125261 - 146538 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Hardship Allowance of BDT 10,000/-, PF (contributory), Bonus (02), Gratuity, Group life and Hospitalisation Insurance coverages, OPD Allowance, Mobile ceiling as per organisational policy
