Experience:

• At least 5 years

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN) required.

Licensure: Current and valid RN license

• At least 5 years

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, MS office operating, ERP software operating and organizational skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and make critical decisions.

Job Summary:

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing activities within the assigned department. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Supervise nursing staff and manage their schedules.

• Assess the performance of nurses and provide feedback.

• Ensure compliance with nursing operating standards.

• Facilitate orientation for new nursing staff.

• Assign nurses to appropriate shifts.

  Departmental Management:

• Manage departmental budgets and resources.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.

• Ensure the department meets quality healthcare standards for all patients.

• Handle complaints or other issues related to nursing care.

• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns.

• Train new team members and ensure their competency.
