• Must be dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate health issues effectively.

• Commitment to high standards of patient care and workplace health.

• Experience in a manufacturing garments industries is preferably.

• Provide prompt and effective medical assistance to employees for any health-related issues.

• Conduct medical assessments during recruitment to ensure employee fitness for duty.

• Monitor and follow up on health conditions of pregnant employees; support ongoing nutrition and maternal care programs.

• Maintain proper medical records in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure availability and effective stock management of medicines and essential medical supplies.

• Organize and deliver periodic training sessions for First Aiders; promote a culture of health and safety awareness.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the industry.

• Collaborate with the factory welfare team to share and implement continuous improvement plans in health and safety.

• Carry out regular inspections and health campaigns to promote employee wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and timely reports on health and safety activities, incidents, and stock usage.
