The candidate should have minimum 10 years’ experience in the food and consumer sector.
Achieving the monthly sales target.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee sales operations.
- Assist in developing/reviewing planning, budget & cost control policy as well as sales strategy.
- Assist to set distributor commission, return policy for damaged products.
- Team leadership & maximize company revenue.
- Explore new business opportunities/ new markets/depots/dealers as well as increase present sales.
- Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecast.
- Correlate production, sales & team to achieve the target.
- Identifying problems and making agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
- Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
- Any other relevant assignment.
