Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee sales operations.
Assist in developing/reviewing planning, budget & cost control policy as well as sales strategy.
Assist to set distributor commission, return policy for damaged products.
Team leadership & maximize company revenue.
Explore new business opportunities/ new markets/depots/dealers as well as increase present sales.
Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecast.
Correlate production, sales & team to achieve the target.
Identifying problems and making agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
Any other relevant assignment.
