Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE/ETE/EEE/ECE or Diploma in CSE/ETE/EEE/ECE or equivalent.
∎ CCNA or any networking related Courses are preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involve and work with Network Operation Center (NOC) Engineer.
∎ Maintenance Data Center (Temperature, Humidity, Fire Safety, and UPS monitoring), Link/Nodes, Bandwidth, Network and Server device monitoring, and ISP communication.
∎ Troubleshoot and operate network & server devices at the primary level.
∎ All types of configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Branch Office, CMS, WP, Mikrotik VPN server and primary support of Call Center and IP Telephony.
∎ WBS checklist entry and Report/Documentations Readiness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
∎ Should be able to work extended hours when needed.
∎ Good communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
