Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or any other equivalent qualification
∎ Skills Required: IT System Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customer support over phone and Onsite
∎ Troubleshoot corporate and local service provider problems.
∎ Monitoring Network Infrastructure
∎ Reporting and Documentation
∎ Create trouble ticket, follow-up and replay clients email.
∎ Coordinate with other departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge about TCP/IP,
∎ Basic Knowledge about layer 3 router protocol (OSPF,EIGRP)
∎ Basic Knowledge about BGP.
∎ Clear concept about Layer 2 switching (VLAN, VTP, RSTP/MSTP)
∎ Windows troubleshooting,
∎ Certification on CCNA /MTCNA/RHCSA will get preference,
∎ Effective Communication skills, Strong analytical skills, Self-Motivated
