Responsibilities & Context:
∎ মেনু অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন ধরনের খাবার প্রস্তুত করা এবং রান্না করা।
∎ খাবারের গুণমান, উপস্থাপনা এবং স্বাদ সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ বিভিন্ন স্বাদ এবং খাদ্যতালিকাগত প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করে এমন নতুন খাবারের পরিচয় করানো।
∎ পরিষ্কার, সংগঠিত এবং নিরাপদ রান্নাঘর পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।
∎ বাজারের অর্ডার করা এবং রান্নাঘরের সরবরাহ স্টক করা সহ ইনভেন্টরি পরিচালনা করা।
∎ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী জুনিয়র রান্নাঘর কর্মীদের প্রশিক্ষণ এবং নির্দেশিকা প্রদান করা।
∎ খাদ্য খরচ নিরীক্ষণ এবং অপচয় কমানো।
∎ খাদ্য সঞ্চয় এবং খাদ্য প্রস্তুতির এলাকায় প্রয়োজনীয় স্বাস্থ্য মান রক্ষা করা।
