∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of IP subnetting, Mikrotik firewall configuration, NAT, port forwarding, and various bandwidth control methods.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network hardware (routers, switches, OLT, firewalls)Configure and Troubleshoot Customer Network Devices.
∎ Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong knowledge of Network (Different brand OLT,ONU configuration and Troubleshoot).
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Our Company is looking for Two Network Support Engineers to join our team.
∎ Configure Mikrotik routers and bring them online.
∎ Set up and ensure the proper functioning of OLT devices.
∎ Integrate Mikrotik routers and OLT with our billing software.
∎ Make OLT accessible from third-party software, including billing systems and network monitoring tools.
∎ Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues between Mikrotik/OLT and our billing software.
∎ Perform primary troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
∎ Provide ongoing support and clear communication to customers.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Mikrotik and OLT devices.
∎ Demonstrate knowledge in GPON/EPON, Cisco, OLT, and MikroTik routing and switching.
