Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE IT MIS or equivalent and relevant engineering degree
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, CCNP, RHCSA, MTCNA, NSE1,2,3
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Infratructure Management, IT System Management, Network Administration, Server Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Tunnel, VLAN, STP, Port, SSL/TLS, SSH, Telnet, IP Subnetting, OSI Layer, NAT, PAT QoS).
∎ Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco, Fortinet, UniFi, MikroTik, BDCOM and different types of network monitoring tools and security tools.
∎ Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.
∎ Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
∎ Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
∎ Monitor performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
∎ Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
∎ Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
∎ Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
∎ Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access.
∎ Implementing disaster recovery procedures.
∎ Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Install and configure client computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
∎ Respond to technical support calls from other clients and communicate how to resolve issues with your best approach.
∎ Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
∎ Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Virtualization or similar technologies is a plus
