Education: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in ǪA/ǪC roles within oil C gas or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of CES, RML, and international ǪA/ǪC standards (ASME, API,AMPP, ASTM etc.)
- Familiarity with ITP, ǪMP, and ǪA-ǪC documentation processes.
- NDT Level -II certification is must.
- AWS/CWI or CSWIP-3.1 - welding inspection certification.
- Strong knowledge of CES, RML, and international ǪA/ǪC standards (ASME, API, AMPP, ASTM etc.)
- NACE/BGAS Level II or equivalent for coating certification.
- Familiar with Chevron Engineering Standards C ICORR Level II for Insulation certification is plus.
- Previous Chevron Experience is plus.
- Fluent English language skills, strong verbal C written communication abilities, technical writing, and documentation proficiency.

NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of NESL MIQA Personnel.
General: Construction Field MIǪA position needed to demonstrate Leadership, effective communication, engineering skills, project controls C continual improvements to meet the Company Bangladesh Project and Construction execution goals established by management. Manage all aspects of quality assurance for mechanical construction, materials procurement, fabrication and site installation of brownfield and greenfield projects in Company Bangladesh. Coordinate action items required to meet the business plans for project success.
- Safety: Demonstrate effective safety leadership and performance, experience with application of Operational Excellence Processes. Proactive champion for incident injury free performance within Company and our construction team. Participant in safety assessment reviews, audits and sometimes action owner.
- Review of all materials and equipment, specification and requisitions to ensure that the correct material types, material grade, materials properties, materials test requirements has been specified.
- Review and Approval for materials Certificates in Piping and Structural. Reviewed and Approval of contractor ǪA/ǪC documents (ITP, ǪAP, ǪMP, WPS, WPǪT, etc.)
- Witnessing of Welders Qualification C verification of WPS/PǪR/WǪT approvals etc. Advice on Appropriate NDT Methods to assess the Integrity of Weldments.
- Witnessing Mechanical Test for Procedure Qualification C Performed internal and external inspections on equipment.
- Review of construction and installation activities on projects
- Support PM/ǪA Advisor for RML deviation and NCR process
- Supports the commissioning and operation team during pre-start up.
- Perform internal inspection and mapping of piping and structural
- Conducting Internal, Sub-Contractor C Vendor Audits relating ǪA/ǪC matters.
- Lead 3rd party ǪA/ǪC contractors to ensure construction contractor meet the intent of Quality Management System specified per Project Performance metrics.
- Interface with design engineering, construction team and 3rd party vendors to ensure product meet the quality requirement per project ǪMS expectations.
- Responsible for Interface between FE engineers, Construction Mechanical contractors C Company OCM group to resolve any field engineering issues. Review all Mechanical/Piping AFC Drawings/PCID, co-ordinate Field engineering team, Surplus material review, MTOs, Follow Technical Query Process during construction.
- A self-starter, proactive with good communication skills who has proven ability to cohesively work with local C expat contractors in executing the various construction work scopes.
