Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee the entire sales force to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Identify gaps in performance and initiate corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
∎ Assess HR gaps within the sales team and take prompt actions to address recruitment and retention needs.
∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
