Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Three Wheeler / Auto Rickshaw spare parts sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Responsible for countrywide sales of all kinds of Three Wheeler / Auto Rickshaw spare parts.
∎ Monitoring primary & secondary sales to meeting sales target sales (Three Wheeler / Auto Rickshaw spare parts).
∎ Create new business opportunities insights & new distributors.
∎ Setting individual Three Wheeler / Auto Rickshaw spare parts sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking Three Wheeler / Auto Rickshaw spare parts sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ The ongoing training of salespeople.
∎ Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge.
∎ Focus on Key accounts and on B2B Business.
∎ Actively identify new business opportunities/ sectors to expand the business.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with current clients.
∎ Study competitor's product lines and develop materials to support sales activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very Good Communication skills.
∎ At least 10-year(s) experience (2 years as DSM in spare parts sales).
∎ In-depth knowledge about spare parts sales and market strategy. Understanding of After Sales business and automotive industries.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge about establishing distribution networks and business introductions.
∎ Should know the Microsoft Officer.
