Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new clients and maintain cordial relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Identify training needs and organize training for farmers /customers to increase awareness of the company
∎ Observe the condition of the business as well as of the company
∎ Drive the sales and marketing team to develop appropriate promotional strategies and ensure effective implementation
∎ Within the fixed time frame and approved budgets.
∎ Guide and cooperate the sales and marketing team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Leadership capability
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to work as a key team member
∎ Ability to synchronize the sales and marketing

Salary: Negotiable
