∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Practical experience in selling fertilizers, seeds and organic fertilizers. Educational relaxation is available for candidates with maximum experience in the specified category.
∎ Interested candidates must have a valid driving license and will be given preference if they have their motorcycle.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for selling Fertilizers, PGRs, Seeds and Organic fertilizer of Shapla Crop Care Limited.
∎ Leading the team, developing new dealers and buyers, maintaining good relations with old dealers and buyers.
∎ Selecting ideal distributors, farmers and buyers.
∎ Maintain good relations with the Agriculture office, Government organizations and NGOs.
∎ Conducting promotional campaigns for fertilizers, seeds and organic fertilizers, market analysis and achieving sales targets.
∎ Submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports to the concerned higher authorities regularly.
