∎ Masters in biological science/Medical graduate/Pharmacist.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and implement annual sales strategy for all products with a timetable of specific objectives to be achieved.
∎ To lead and manage a professional sales team through Field Sales Managers and Regional Managers to achieve the company's goal.
∎ To structure and organize the sales-force to achieve maximum coverage of all target contacts.
∎ To organize the medical meetings by keeping close contacts with medical community.
∎ To train and coach the team members through accompanying calls and close supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of experience in a sales environment in the pharmaceutical industry of which 12 years in supervisory position, preferably in multinational environment.
∎ Intelligent, well organized, self-motivating, personable individual with good communication skills both oral and written.
∎ Well versed in computer skills and good command in written & spoken English.
Salary:
∎ Competitive compensation package includes a base salary, monthly incentive and full time company car.
