• SELKON is leading manufacturing, distributor and marketer of premium Gas Stove, Charger fan & Household products. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas Stove & Home Appliance Sales.

• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong Communication Skill by online & offline.

• Preference for RFL Gas stove sales & Marketing will be highly valued.

• The applicant must possess a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, with a track record of implementing effective plans to expand market share and boost revenue.

• Aligning departmental goals with over all company objectives.

• Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive sales strategies to create new markets, New Dealers, achieve targeted sales.

• Oversees daily sales activities, ensuring, efficient and effective implementation of sales plans.

• Prepare monthly Quarterly and annual sales plan’s and monitor the work forces activities reporting accurately to achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with Production, marketing, accounts, Logistics and supply chain teams.

• Build and maintain relationships, with key clients, Dealers and Distributors.
