Own Sales Target Ensure, SM, DSM, AM, TSO target setup and Monitoring the Performance of Teams which reach the target. Develop to team and market. Competitors activities, product, price promotion analysis, find out lack of non-productivity areas and solve. Increase outlet/area coverage and depth & width analysis & action plan.
Planning, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the assigned zone/ regions / Area /territories& Distributor /RS.
Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals·
Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans.
Recognizing and rewarding top sales producers.
Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports·
Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses·
Managing sales budgets with affordable to company.
Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies.
Approving and managing large client contracts.
Recruiting, hiring and training new employees.
Networking with potential business partners and clients.
Creating presentations for business partners, corporate executives and shareholders.
Responsible for sales volume and market development for the area.
Planning and forecasting of sales volume, identify growth opportunity and maintaining relationship with the channel partners of the area.
Strengthen and convey effective trade relationship to accelerate dealer channel development.
Ensure customer satisfaction, both dealers & consumers.
Administratively supervise respective retail unit.
Manage sales team for ensuring target volume for the respective category.
Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.
Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales.
Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region.
Develop the necessary Regional Sales Management organization structure and ensure the right caliber of staffing and appropriate training to meet all job requirements. Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization.
