Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure individual and team success.
∎ Set sales targets, track performance, and regularly report on sales metrics and KPIs to management.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and potential customers, and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, and negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to proactively identify opportunities and potential challenges.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to sales strategies or processes as needed.
∎ Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively perform their roles and meet sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
∎ Develop and maintain a sales forecasting process to accurately predict future sales and revenue.
∎ Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven experience in a senior sales management role, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and policies.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
∎ The results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.

Salary: Negotiable
