∎ Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master's/MBA in any discipline from a reputed university. Major in Marketing is preferable

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 12 years of relevant work experience from any reputed organization
∎ Proven experience as a NSM or in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector-Spicy Products
∎ Strong understanding of the market and consumer behaviour across all over the world
∎ Excellent sales analytical skills & hands-on knowledge on distributors & sales force management
∎ Leadership Skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal relationship skills and Customer orientation
∎ At least 12 years of relevant work experience from any reputed organization

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop & implement effective sales strategies
∎ lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target
∎ Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans
∎ Monitor and analyze performance matrix and suggest improvements
∎ Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our products
∎ Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast
∎ Provide on time effective solutions of field force
∎ Drive high levels of customer service standards across the organization to increase customer satisfaction in the market
