Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead whole G-Gas retail sales team to achieve monthly and yearly target.
∎ Increase G-Gas market share.
∎ Cover every upazilla under G-Gas distribution coverage to ensure product visibility and outlet.
∎ Visit market regularly and extensively to maintain relationship with distributor and monitor sales of the territory or party.
∎ Projection of cashflow and target quantity on yearly/monthly/weekly basis as per guideline/policy.
∎ Retain, Revise or increase G-Gas distribution coverage nationwide.
∎ Control distribution cost and cost of sales.
∎ Collect market information on Competitor cost, product qty, capability and future planning.
∎ Develop future planning on investment, sales, strategic infrastructure to compete in the market for better/expanded market share.
∎ Innovate, monitor and maintain alternative sales and distribution channel.
∎ Establish partnership and relationship with key stakeholders both externally and internally, especially with distributors & channel partners.
∎ Work collaboratively across teams.
∎ Train sales team to develop sales skill and boost up their communication ability.
∎ Maintain and develop proactive working environment among the team and individual sales person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Mush have experience about the national LPG sales and distribution channel.
∎ Possess extensive knowledge of sales and trading principles and practices and ability to coach others on them.
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to analyze data and metrics to backup assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a target driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
∎ Strong leadership and team building skills.
