Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Identify and prioritize key market segments and opportunities for growth.
∎ Train, and lead a high-performing national sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet sales targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
∎ Expand our market reach by identifying new geographic areas and customer segments. Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
∎ Implement and maintain consistent sales processes and operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on sales performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
∎ Manage and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Develop an in-depth understanding of our animal genetics products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
∎ Design and execute incentive programs to motivate the sales team and reward exceptional performance.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt and refine sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Any other tasks as per business requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office. Basic knowledge of statistical software will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Very good communication in both Bangla and English.
∎ Acceptance of frequent travel to all over the country.
