Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop overall short term and long-term sales budget and sales plan.
∎ Manage the distribution channels, collaborate with stakeholders and regional sales team and effective communication at all levels.
∎ Set brand wise monthly primary target for the dealers.
∎ Set brand wise monthly secondary target for the sales team.
∎ Monitor the national secondary sales and provides daily feedback to ASMS and Supervisor.
∎ Plan, execute and control ATL & BTL activities.
∎ Supervise, monitor and coordinate with all level of the value chain to achieve the sales target.
∎ Prepare weekly collections plan and control and monitor the plan daily on basis.
∎ Credit management and control by industry standard appointment of new dealers, dealer settlement resolving dealer issues on regular basis.
∎ Manage dealers for sales target, growth, investment etc. and monitor their delivery performance.
∎ Implement, monitor and control effective Damage control management system to optimize the Optimize distribution networks and channels.
∎ Visit dealers and market regularly to improve and optimize the business.
∎ Drive customer relationship management process and ensure that it is maintained in all levels.
∎ Assess performance metrics, implement improvements, and contribute to overall sales growth market penetration.
∎ Develop pricing strategies, monitor product availability and optimize inventory levels.
∎ Develop and implement training programs for the sales team and ensure that members are equipped with the necessary skills and product knowledge.
∎ Extend hands-on approach in resolving escalated issues, fostering a positive team culture and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns and contribute to the development of new products or services based on market feedback.
∎ Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and challenges and take action accordingly.
∎ Adapt to the evolving market conditions.
∎ Provide insights and recommend strategic adjustments to the management to enhance overall business outcomes.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales report and dealer wise performance analysis. Report and present sales performance, advise and recommend for growth.
