∎ Master’s degree in Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences, Project Management, Culture, Policy and Management, Arts and Media, Journalism, Anthropology from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience; or University degree in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience

∎ Have practical experience in inter-cultural communications or anthropological research;
∎ Previous experience in humanitarian and emergency response environments;
∎ Experience in managing and disseminating tasks with small teams and with external partners
∎ Fluency in English is required (oral and written)
∎ Working knowledge of Bengali or Rohingya is an advantage.
