Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science/Diploma in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field from any recognized University/Institutions.

Job Context:

∎ Project Name: Strengthening Democracy by Promoting Human Rights Culture in Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Short Term Contractual
∎ Reference: 2 (Two) References
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage and execute creative designs and create multimedia contents on assigned projects.
∎ Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
∎ Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
∎ Translate ideas into variable design concepts.
∎ Work closely with Creative Team to execute ideas.
∎ Co-ordinate production and timelines of jobs to meet overall deadlines.
∎ Participate effectively and coordinate broadly to establish communication objectives and develop effective visual solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Detailed knowledge of printing/graphic arts procedures and terminology.
∎ Proficiency and detailed knowledge in publishing software, including QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
∎ Familiarity with Internet technology including coding/scripting for HTML, PDF, GIF animation.
∎ Highly familiar with PC and cross-platform compatibility issues.
∎ Excellent conceptual, design, collaboration, communication, creative skills, project management and organizational skills.
∎ Proven ability as effective team player and strategic thinker.
∎ Extensive short YouTube or professional video production experience.
∎ Experience in social media content creation (FB, Tik Tok, Instagram and Likee).
∎ Experience in Online video training courses using doodle and similar content.
