∎ Minimum 5 years' job experience and at least 03 years' experience in similar functions in reputed non- Governmental organizations (NGO).
∎ Age bellow or equal to 40 years; age limit may be relaxed for the competent candidate’s Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent communication skill in ICT.
∎ Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Having mentality to work in humanitarian response and willingness to work with under pressure Minimum 03 year(s) in NGO/INGOs/ Development Project/Govt. Relevant Project, etc. Having mentality to stay in project areas. Willingness to work with under pressure.
∎ Local candidates will be given priority. Sound knowledge on Safeguarding policy, PSEA and Gender policy will be an added advantage.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the project team in organizing the training workshops, operationalize the referral system.
∎ Help the project team in holding outreach events, day observations and awareness raising campaigns including community consultation sessions and community mobilizations.
∎ Support the project team in administering service mapping, needs assessment and organizing inception meetings
∎ Introduce the MPWC program and its services to the local people and the goals of the program.
∎ Formation and strengthening the functioning of Self-help groups.
∎ Identify and register vulnerable women, semi-skilled or unskilled with the livelihood programme of the project.
∎ Create positive relations with community through regular meetings and informal discussion for identifying and addressing vulnerable women, semi-skilled or unskilled.
∎ Coordination with local authorities at the Camp and host level, build relations with the community leaders including Rohingya Majhis and local government authority.
∎ Timely prepares and submits of work plans and required reports.
∎ Ensures networking and coordination of activities with other stakeholders and partners.
∎ Motivate women in community-level and to mobilize them to take active part in MPWC Program.
∎ Job Overview/Summary: The MPWC Outreach Officer will be responsible for management of external activities in the Multi-Purpose Women Center (MPWC). He will manage day to day activities in consultation with project manager and center managers, and responsible for extending market linkage and other capacity building based on the needs of the women in the refugees and host community. They will support vulnerable women and girls through provision of short-term literacy and numeracy skills and entrepreneurship development to those with illiteracy background or who are already literate respectively, to secure their livelihoods.
