Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Welfare activity, absenteeism , grievance management Industrial Engineering functions .
Follow up the data accuracy of job creation, SMV update in sewing.
Ensure training & development process as per requirement Worker & Mid-Management.
Counsel the workers on the following issues: Company rules, regulations, policies.
To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
To counsel workers on disciplinary issues.
To counsel workers on safety health & hygiene issues.
To make them aware in relation to their reports & privilege, employment rules, terms & conditions.
To make them aware on productivity consciousness.
To maintain corresponding data Records/Log/ Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date
To make sure buyer Audit (Social, Technical & Environmental) required documentation .
