∎ Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with strategy and providing support and training.
∎ Campaign Planning: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels.
∎ Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
∎ Content Management: Coordinate content creation and distribution to support marketing efforts.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and report on results.
∎ Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and monitoring expenses.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
∎ Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image in the global B2B market.
∎ Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess team performance and provide feedback and development opportunities.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations and ethical standards.
