Responsibilities & Context:
As a telesales representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and persuading them to purchase products or services over the phone.
You will use your communication and persuasion skills to meet sales targets and contribute to the company`s growth.
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
Present products or services to potential customers over the phone in a compelling manner.
Answer questions and address concerns to overcome objections and close sales.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maintain contact throughout the sales process.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly or quarterly basis.6. Document sales activities and update customer information in the sales database.
Collaborate with sales team members and managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals.
