∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn about compliance requirements in the RMG sector
∎ Assist in monitoring social and environmental compliance of production units
∎ Manage communication and develop fruitful relationships with key stakeholders
∎ Understand the challenges for well-being for workers in units
∎ Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues.
∎ Referring issues to senior HR staff.
∎ Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
∎ Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them, and administering offers.
∎ Assisting in conducting inductions of new staff.
∎ Facilitating senior manager for payroll designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
∎ Assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 27 years
Salary: Negotiable
